DLC icon Conclave.png 御前會議(英文:Conclave/Con)是王國風雲2的第九個主要拓展包 ,於2016年1月7日公佈。[1] 2016年2月2日發售[2] 本拓展包與 2.5版本修補程式一致.

御前會議的主要內容是增加遊戲中後期的挑戰。[3]

簡介

在御前會議拓展包中,你的封臣有了一些手段來達成他們的政治目的,同時領地的議會對你的統治有了一些發言權。不論能力如何,強大的公爵都需要一個內閣席位,那些沒有進入內閣的封臣更有可能組織陰謀來反對你。 想辦法讓議會滿意,強大的封臣可能會反抗你,他們會發起派系乃至內戰。如果無視議會的好惡,那你可能會發現自己召集了一個內鬥的議會。

平衡內閣成員的技能和權力,以保持你的王朝安全和強大。忽視強大的下屬會讓你陷入危險,或者直接用人情換取他們的忠誠。御前會議使得內閣本身成為一種力量。

DLC特性

新的內閣機制,讓它不僅僅是個私人的內閣:[4]

  • 最強的的封臣強烈渴望獲得內閣席位,否則可能引發內戰。
  • 內閣有權力投票決定變更領地法,發動戰爭等等。但是這種權力取決於內閣法,它可以限制內閣成員的權力和影響力。部落統治者通過增加部落組織度來實現封建化,而游牧民總是啟用所有內閣法。
    • 未來避免成千上萬的彈出窗口,內閣成員採取某種預先確定的立場,這將決定他們是否與統治者所作的決定(贊成、反對或棄權)相一致:Loyalist.pngPragmatist.pngGlory Hound.pngZealot.pngMalcontent.png
  • 某些政體下,議員們不能創建或加入派系,除非處於繼承或暴政之後的「不滿」期間。
  • 攝政重做:攝政在內閣有席位,他將代替年幼的統治者進行投票,而年幼的統治者沒有反對內閣投票的權力。

人情,一種家庭、朋友和仇人之外的新關係,它:[4]

教育系統修改,取代監護人特質相關的事件:[5]

  • 更年幼的童年(0-11):童年重心(焦點)可以指導孩子的發展,影響某些新的兒童特質的可能性。兒童的屬性現在隨機發展,受到父母的遺傳影響。教育者(監護人,父母,領主或攝政)的特質現在很少會影響孩子的發展。
  • 青春期(12-15):可以選擇一個教育重心,保證該角色成年時會獲得一個屬於此重心類別的教育特質。兒童特質增加或減少了獲得高等級教育特質的機會。

法律重做

  • 一系列新的法律(內閣法)決定了內閣可以和不可以投票的事項。
  • 王權不再存在,被分為多個部分。
  • 義務法現在在稅收和徵召兵之間「轉移」,而不是決定負擔等級
  • 新的領地法,例如女性地位

其他更改

  • 不重要的野心被移除(結婚,……),實際上野心現在在很大程度上改變了遊戲流程:Become king.png 允許有微小機會成功偽造對王國的宣稱。新的野心包括:成為內閣成員,建立戰爭金庫,向領主索取頭銜,以及為沒有封地的子女獲取土地。
  • 非游牧制統治者可以組建自己的僱傭兵來增加財富。(游牧民只需要馬上諸王啟用就有此能力。)但是,僱傭兵將使用一個地產的部分徵召兵,並且僱傭兵團長可能變得野心勃勃。最常見的規模介於游牧僱傭兵和規模較小的預定義僱傭兵大隊之間。

版本特性

Some patch 2.5 features have been described in developer diaries prior to the expansion announcement, as well as in patch 2.5 announcement thread:

  • More complex diplomacy system, where royal marriages create non-aggression pacts that can be re-negotiated if the arranger dies. Alliances are now stronger, but more rare, as they must be negotiated atop an existing non-aggression pact.[6][3]
  • Combat mechanic changes[7], including shattered retreat over several provinces, less damage during battles, improved AI, and reinforcing armies in friendly territory.[3]
  • Reduction of the "positive opinion inflation" of vassals vs their liege, by cutting many important positive opinion modifiers in half.[3] During non-elective succession, primary successor inherits 50% of temporary opinion modifiers from subjects of previous holder.
  • Sounds: death sound differ depending on age, gender, and violence of reason for death. New ambient sound for technology view.
  • Faster loading of saved games: new continue button from the lobby, and vanilla history no longer gets executed while loading a save.
  • Defensive pacts may form against large realms whose actions are seen as threatening. (Called 「coalitions」 and 「infamy」 on release[8], renamed in patch 2.5.2.)
  • Support for ^Ctrl + Left click on dynasty map mode, to breakdown realms into sub-realms.[9]
  • New functionality that allows to interact with province owner by right-clicking with special keys pressed.[10]
  • Redo of law screen, that now has multiple tabs.[11]
  • Malcontents now tend to gang up into fewer but more powerful factions.
  • Modding improvements, including among others modable era screen, new scopes and triggers.[12]

雜項

  • The codename for the expansion was "Zeus". It was used to conceal the real expansion name on Steam depots, and is still visible in game files, via the "ze_" prefix, and some has_dlc = "Zeus" triggers.
  • The patch went through a private beta testing phase, following a call for beta testers done months earlier.[13]
  • An advanced press release of the DLC was sent to some youtubers to allow for some pre-release let's play streams.
  • After initial release of patch 2.5, significant negative feedback on coalitions, infamy and shattered retreat was raised by part of the community. Paradox acknowledged that "a lot of comments concerning the new Coalition mechanics and the intricacies of 「Shattered Retreats」 merit [their] immediate attention".[14] They also shared clarifications on coalitions along with tips for managing expansion.[15]
