If nothing unexpected happens while he was preparing for his adventure, the character leaves their court to lead an army from the same location. They gain a duchy-level "Host" title and several courtiers to use as [[commander]]s, as well as the {{iconify|Adventurer}} trait. He create an army whose size scales with the strength of the targeted realm, making them dangerous even to a large realm. However, the total number of troops in an adventurer's army will not exceed 30,000. These troops are considered [[event troops]], making them immune to any form of [[attrition]], but also impeding their [[Warfare#troop replenishment|reinforcement]]. The war follows the same mechanisms as any other [[casus belli#Pressing a claim|claim war]], except that the defender won't be able to get any occupation warscore, as the attacker does not possess any land. As such, just like in a [[rebellion]], the only hope for the defender to win the war is to eradicate the adventurer's army and to ensure none of his territory is occupied.

When a civil war in China concludes with a victory for the sitting emperor, a rebel general may appear on the map as a pretender Chinese adventurer seeking to conquer land for himself. 宣称者冒险

如果满足一般要求且对一个有地头衔有宣称,头衔宣称者可能为了他们的头衔而进行冒险:

  1. 被宣称头衔被持有(例如,如果神圣罗马帝国不存在就不能索取)
  2. 被宣称头衔的持有者独立(确保目标是最高领主)
  3. 被宣称头衔的持有者不能有任何更高级别的头衔(例外,可以向皇帝宣称索取王国)
  4. 如果被宣称头衔的持有者是商业共和国,被宣称头衔必须不能(在法理上)包含首都。

征服冒险

  2. 父母或祖父母是伯爵或更高级别,或者他们过世时是伯爵或更高级别。
  3. 军事能力至少 9

    • 文化组是北日耳曼,西日耳曼或阿尔泰
    • 文化是诺曼,法兰西,布列塔尼或加泰罗尼亚
    • 文化是匈牙利且时间早于1066
    • 恶魔之子

他们将立即选择一个随机的目标统治者,(目标)须满足以下要求:

  1. 独立
  2. 和谋划者不是同文化
  3. 不是谋划者的领主(或更高)
  4. 控制一个省份,该省份:
    • 不属于斯堪的纳维亚帝国或比亚尔米亚公国
    • 两者任一:

      • 省份沿海且距离在800以内,同时冒险者不是阿尔泰或匈牙利文化

劫掠冒险家

马上诸王DLC生效,几类无领地角色可以开始劫掠冒险:

  • 阿尔泰文化角色,来自游牧国家
  • Germanic.png (改革)日耳曼多神教
  • Ambitious.png 角色,有15军事和12外交属性(并且允许进行劫掠)

他们可以利用劫掠获得的财富来招募更多的军队。最终,他们可能会寻求获得土地:

  • 通过花费150财富来购买一位统治者额外的省份,如果从一位更高级别的统治者处购买则将变为封臣。
  • 通过和目标统治者谈判。(统治者也可以发起和位于他们领地内的劫掠冒险家的谈判。)
  • 为了一个公国,使用"冒险者远征"CB宣战。如果冒险家被拒绝头衔,他有机会将目标选为他的前领主(首都)。但通常情况下,他会瞄准一个他最近劫掠过的领域。

无地部族

一位游牧统治者如果失去了最后一个省份,将会转变他的部族头衔为无地冒险家头衔。 他的所有人力都会转换来补员劫掠部队。

无地游牧统治者可以花费75财富,招募额外的骑兵部队,最多至一个时代界定的软上限。

无地部族在统治者去世后解散。

叛乱将军

当中国内战以在位皇帝的胜利而结束时,一名叛乱的将军可能会在地图上出现,成为一名觊觎领土的中国冒险家。他向中国入侵范围内的一个目标宣战,倾向于拥有更多土地的更高级别的目标,使用特殊CB:如果成功,他持有或附庸最高级别头衔,并且篡夺防御者的省份直到到达他的直辖领上限(通常很高,因为信仰道教并且成为皇帝级别),如果他失败,防御者将被奖励2500威望。没有无条件和平。他将拥有一个随机的中国指挥官特质,并且有两位也有中国指挥官特质的指挥官跟随。军队不受原始宗教家乡损耗惩罚,甚至可以在敌对的领土上补员。

阿尔泰部落冒险家

当中国内战以朝代更迭结束时,前朝皇帝的儿子可能会出现在地图上,发动劫掠,并最终索取自己的土地。不像战败的叛乱将军,此位皇子没有特殊能力或宣战理由,并且他的部队很少超过5k士兵,使得其成为一位相对容易处理的冒险家。他将和任何常规掠夺冒险家一样,我们可以找到来自原始宗教游牧制的平民例子。
